Clara is curious. She seeks to cultivate critical perspectives through her work as a researcher and designer. Trained in architecture with a background in cultural anthropology, her work explores the intersections of urban and social processes through drawing, writing, and animation. She is interested in developing research projects in governmental building design and their use as technologies of governance.

Clara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA and a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University.

She currently works as an Urban Designer in New York City, designing spatial strategies for non-profit and for-profit organizations to develop their land holdings in line with their mission statements.

Her skills include creating drawings, animations, and diagrams using the Adobe suite of products, Rhino 3D, CAD, ESRI ArcMap, and 3DS Max.
